The six bedrooms are on the upper floor, reached by a spiral staircase. The grounds include a large pond. Driveway parking accommodates up to 10 vehicles. Holmbury St Mary is reached via the B2126 between Guildford and Dorking, with access to the A24 and A25. Local buses connect the village with Dorking and Crawley, making exploration without a car possible.
