This 108-square-metre home occupies the second floor of a residential block. Its open-plan living space has plush furnishings, a large flat-screen TV and framed theatre programmes. The dining area features a bespoke glass table and a classical marble horse-and-rider frieze. A private balcony overlooks the London skyline.

The kitchen has marble counters, an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite with wood panelling. The second bedroom has a double bed, with a family bathroom across the hall. Towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Holborn is close to Clerkenwell to the north and Covent Garden to the south, with the British Museum, Exmouth Market and Hatton Garden among the area's attractions.

There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom between May and September; please request fans for stays outside this period. Free internet is available, but the Wi-Fi signal is weaker in rooms furthest from the sitting-room router.
