The house

The entire apartment is available for your stay, with one king bedroom and one bathroom. A balcony with outdoor seating overlooks the Surfers Paradise beaches and South Pacific Ocean. The apartment has premium appliances, ducted air-conditioning, furnishings and smart TVs. Furnishing styles vary between apartments, and photos are a guide only.

Facilities include a kitchen, wireless internet, washer, dryer, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and smoke detector. Beach access, an outdoor pool and a gym are available. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.

Private secure parking is optional at $10 per night, with limited spaces; advance reservation is recommended.

An arrival starter pack includes linen for each bed, one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom, one tea, coffee and sugar sachet per guest, two toilet rolls per toilet, one body wash and shampoo/conditioner per person, four sachets of dish detergent, dishwasher powder and laundry detergent, and one dish cloth and scourer. Supplies are not replenished during the stay; extras are available for a small fee. Salt, pepper, oil, condiments and other food items are not supplied.

Pool towels are not included and are not available from the resort pool area. Bring your own or purchase them from GCLR for $15 each or four for $50.

The apartment is managed by Gold Coast Luxury Resorts, independently of the onsite managers.
