Sitting in complete seclusion above the sea, it’s well-suited to events and milestone gatherings where privacy matters. When you’re in the mood for a swim, Mazida Ammos beach lies only 600 m away, while from the villa, you look out over both the Cretan landscape and the water.

Outdoors Stone-built and designed with detail in mind, Jessica offers 2,000 sqm of outdoor space. A cobblestone path leads down to the private infinity pool, framed by green lawn and gardens, where an outdoor sound system lets you add music to the setting when the group gathers. The generous lounge and dining areas can seat up to 28 guests, and the BBQ is there when you feel like grilling local Cretan ingredients with a private chef or keeping things simple as a group.

Indoors Jessica has an aesthetically pleasing design. Whitewashed walls, wooden ceilings, and warm, earthy tones create a relaxed backdrop, with large windows and French doors bringing in natural light and views.
