The house

The lower level has a living area with plush seating, a wall-mounted TV, books and board games. Sliding doors open onto a balcony with leafy outlooks and coastal glimpses. The equipped kitchen has modern appliances, a microwave, bench space and a breakfast bar used for dining. A separate laundry has a washer and dryer, with a powder room beside it.

Both upstairs bedrooms have a queen bed, split-system air conditioning, ceiling fans and balcony access. The primary bedroom has a dedicated workspace and an ensuite. The second bedroom has ocean and treetop views, with a family bathroom featuring a shower-bath combination next door. There are two full bathrooms and a separate powder room.

Central air conditioning and heating serve the home. Shared facilities include a pool, a nearby BBQ area and an on-site tennis court. Free parking is available for two vehicles in a secure garage. Local cafés, dining and parklands are a short walk away, and Gold Coast Airport is a quick drive away.
