The house

This approximately 2,900-square-foot, two-story home has an open-concept great room with a sectional, garden views and a handcrafted Koa dining table seating six. The kitchen has an island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, mixer, ice machine and cooking utensils; a BBQ is also available.

Each of the five bedrooms has one queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, individual split air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a private lanai or balcony/deck. The primary bedroom has mountain and golf views; Guest Bedroom 2 also has garden views. Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 have partial ocean, golf and mountain views and space for a crib or Pack and Play. Guest Bedroom 5 is in the detached one-bedroom ohana above the garage, with a wet bar, mini-fridge, partial ocean, golf, mountain and garden views, and space for a crib or Pack and Play.

Outdoor spaces include a private pool and yard, a covered lanai with a gas fire pit, seating and ambient lighting. An outdoor shower garden is located in one lower-level bathroom. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Other facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, smart TV, linens, essentials and a starter kit. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Shipwrecks, Poipu Beach, The Shops at Kukui‘ula and coastal trails are a short drive away. Nearby activities include hiking, cycling, golf, fishing, watersports, shopping and visits to historical Old Koloa Town. Access to the Club at Kukui‘ula is not included.
