The furnished villa has a main-level dining area, living room with 11-foot ceilings, and a fully equipped kitchen with major appliances, custom cabinetry, marble counters, and indoor and outdoor bars. The dining and living rooms overlook the pool and ocean. One bedroom is on the main level, two are on the second floor, and one is on the lower level; each has its own bathroom. The second-floor bedrooms are separated by a circular library with a desk and glass-topped table. A playroom is on the lower level. Outdoors are tropical gardens, hammocks, poolside chaise lounges, and a seaside palapa with cushioned seating.
