House rules
No smoking indoors; a separate community smoking zone is available. No loud music after 21:00. No parties, events or decorations. Avoid stains or damage to the interiors. Rule violations incur penalties. Couples must both be at least 21 years old. Before arrival, all occupants must provide photo ID and address proof, including front and back; accepted documents include Aadhaar, driving licence, passport or voter ID.
Getting there
Located next to Baner Hills in Baner–Pashan, near cafés, restaurants, work hubs and the highway. Couples are welcome provided both guests are at least 21 years old.
