Bedrooms 1 and 2 have full ensuite bathrooms and cable TV. There are three full bathrooms with showers. The interior has rustic decor, hardwood floors and wood accents. The kitchen opens into a formal dining area with a hand-carved wooden table seating 10. A separate sitting room has a four-seat couch and accent chairs. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, oven, dishwasher, ice maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, heating and hot water are provided. Outdoor facilities include a deck/patio, a gas grill and patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella. The driveway accommodates two cars, and an electric vehicle charger is available. The house has a private entrance, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace. Guests can enjoy vineyard tours, the tasting room and the vineyard’s summer ‘Jazz in the Vines’ concert series. The property is not suitable for children, including children aged four and under and children aged five and older. Outside Memorial Day through Labor Day, inquire before booking about the availability of outdoor furniture and equipment; spring cleaning and updates typically take place in late April or early May. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is six, with no additional persons permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities or other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups of guests, require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $35.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest’s expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner elects to reopen canceled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments comply with the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule during reasonable daytime hours.
