## About the house

The home accommodates up to 12 guests and has three full bathrooms. On level 1, a queen bedroom has a private bathroom, with two further bedrooms containing two twin beds and two twin-over-twin bunk sets respectively, plus a full bathroom. Level 2 has a furnished living room with a queen sleeper sofa and access to sun decks. The level 3 queen bedroom has a semi-private bathroom with a standing shower and whirlpool tub.

The top-floor kitchen has ocean glimpses through expansive windows, an adjacent dining area, a screened porch and laundry facilities. Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster.

Outdoor facilities include a gas grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. The home also has multiple TVs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, pillows and blankets, and municipal water. A Welcome Program arrival starter kit is provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided.

Duck’s beaches and Duck Village are a short walk away. Beach access is through Saltaire Private Community Access. Parking accommodates four vehicles.

The home is on a dune and its living spaces span three levels. Duck’s beaches and Duck Village are a short walk away. Beach access is via Saltaire Private Community Access. Parking is limited to four vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

No smoking. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Saturday check-in and checkout. Physical keys are collected at the Twiddy office when the home is available for check-in. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification and availability.
