Guests checking in must be at least 18 years old and must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Parties, events, loud music, and smoking are prohibited throughout the property. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Unauthorized checkout after 12:00 PM may incur additional charges and is subject to availability. Guests must complete the standard registration process before receiving check-in instructions or room access.
Getting there
The property is on the E15 coastal highway. Jama is a 20-minute drive away and Canoa's surf beaches are 45 minutes away. A private car is highly recommended, and free secure parking is available on-site. Manta's Eloy Alfaro International Airport is approximately a 2.5-hour drive south along the coast.
