Step from this first-floor corner condo onto a private patio overlooking Jaco Beach. Set beside Crocs in a gated beachfront community, it offers an easy base for six guests, with the sand, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Three bedrooms provide a king bed, a queen bed and two single beds. The king suite has its own bathroom, air conditioning and patio access. An open kitchen with an island connects to the dining and living spaces, and the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The community swimming pool and Jacuzzi are around the corner, about a 45-second walk from the patio.

## Property questions

## How does arrival work?
Check-in starts at 3 pm. Guests show identification to the guard at the entrance; security is staffed 24 hours. The manager sends the door PIN 48 hours before arrival.

## Is the pool private?
The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are shared community amenities, approximately a 45-second walk from the condo's patio. The patio itself is private.

## Can I stay without renting a car?
The beach, restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Guests who rent a vehicle can arrive on paved roads without a 4x4; parking is available.

## What supplies are provided?
Starter supplies include local coffee and filters, cooking oil, salt and pepper, dish soap and a sponge, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toiletries, paper products and trash bags.

## Can a travel cot be arranged?
A Pack 'n Play can be rented for an additional fee. Request it from the manager at least 48 hours in advance.
