House rules
No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
Getting there
The home is on a private road, steps from Persimmon St. Beach Access. Historic Corolla Village shops, the Lighthouse, Whalehead Club and Wildlife Museum are within easy walking distance. Parking is limited to four vehicles.
