## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. All four bedrooms have ocean views and deck access; both ensuite bedrooms have private decks. Expansive second- and third-level decks overlook the ocean and lighthouse, and the mid-level deck is covered.

The ground level has a den with a queen sleeper sofa and wet bar, a full bathroom, laundry facilities and access to the pool area and a separate fenced grass yard. Level two has a king ensuite bedroom, a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. A half bathroom is on level 2.5. Level three has a king ensuite bedroom, living and dining areas, a kitchen with breakfast bar, and a screened porch.

Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, poolside tiki bar, gas grill and patio grilling area, covered picnic area, two enclosed outdoor showers and a basketball hoop. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets are provided. The kitchen includes drip and Keurig coffee makers, a blender, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer are available. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway.

The home is on a private road, steps from beach access and within easy walking distance of historic Corolla Village shops, the Lighthouse, Whalehead Club and Wildlife Museum.

No smoking. Up to two dogs are permitted, with no weight limit; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Check-in and check-out are on Saturdays. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
