The villa has six bedrooms, each with one king bed, and accommodates up to 12 guests. Four bedrooms are in the main house: one downstairs and three upstairs. Two additional bedrooms are just off the main house. There are two living areas, a full kitchen, sliding glass doors opening toward the pool, a Jacuzzi, balcony, patio/deck and BBQ grill. Ceiling fans, smart TV, cable/satellite TV, filtered water, pool towels and light housekeeping are provided. Private chef service and in-villa massages can be arranged. The gated resort offers golf, tennis, a beach club, restaurants, bike paths, a fitness center, boating and a playground/park. The property has 24-hour security, an alarm system, an on-site security guard and a safe.

Minimum stays are three nights in Green Season, four nights in High Season, and seven nights in Peak Season / Holidays. The four-bedroom main-house option accommodates up to eight guests; the full six-bedroom option accommodates up to 12. During Peak Season / Holidays, the home is rented only with all six rooms. A mandatory booking fee of USD 150 per stay applies, and rates are subject to 13% local taxes.
