The villa accommodates 10 guests across five bedrooms, with one king bed, two queen beds and four twin beds. The main house has three bedrooms, a living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The separate guest house has its own entrance, two bedrooms, a private bathroom and a full kitchen. Living spaces feature high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, large windows, ceramic tiles and imported art. Glass sliding doors lead from the living room to a covered patio and tiled verandah overlooking the pool and beach. A second-floor sun deck and terrace provide outdoor relaxation and dining areas. Amenities include a BBQ grill, balcony, ceiling fans throughout, cable/satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and CD player. Daily maid service and surfboard storage are available.
