Listing description
The 90 m² holiday home has four bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area. Sleeping accommodation comprises one double bed and three single beds. A wood-burning stove and energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump provide heating; the bathroom has underfloor heating. The house was built in 1965 and renovated in 2013.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and separate 60-litre freezer. A washing machine and free Wi-Fi are available. The living room has a flat-screen television, Chromecast, radio and satellite reception with German channels.
Approximately 1,200 m² of natural grounds include an open terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, swing and sandpit. There is one high chair and a tool room. The outdoor shower operates from April to 1 November.
The sandy North Sea beach is approximately 400 metres away. Søndervig is a short drive away, with cafés, restaurants, a supermarket and the Sand Sculpture Festival. This is a non-smoking house, and dogs are welcome. Electric-car charging is unavailable.
