The house

The 155 m² holiday home accommodates seven guests and stands on a 1,282 m² natural dune plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Built in 2016, it has modern furnishings including leather and teak, white walls, underfloor heating throughout and a wood-burning stove. The large living room looks out over the dunes. Four bedrooms provide two double beds and three single beds, with duvets and pillows.

There are three bathrooms. Two have double showers and direct access to bedrooms; the third contains a two-person whirlpool and sauna. The games room has a billiard table with two divisible cues, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Wii and a flat-screen television. Entertainment equipment also includes two flat-screen televisions, two DVD players, a CD player, radio and satellite reception with some Danish and German channels.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. One child's bed and one high chair are provided.

Three covered terraces have built-in spotlights, and there is a large open paved terrace beside the dunes. Outdoor facilities include garden furniture, sun loungers, a large barbecue, a swing with slide, sandbox and a tool room. A bench at the top of the dune plot offers sea and sunset views. The outdoor shower is available from April until 1 November.

The broad sandy beach is 350 metres away. Søndervig town centre is a short drive away, with shops, a bakery, supermarket, cafés and restaurants. Dogs are welcome. Free fibre internet is available, with Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the terraces.
