The house

Built in 2022, this 120 m² holiday home stands on a 2,500 m² natural plot. Vaulted ceilings, white walls and ceilings, and a large window at the end of the living room create a bright interior. The kitchen, dining area and living room form one open-plan space with a sofa and wood-burning stove. There are four bedrooms, with two double beds and four single beds in total. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, as do the living room and sleeping areas.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cooking facilities and a separate 100-litre freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Entertainment includes three flat-screen televisions, satellite reception with selected Danish and German channels, and a radio. Free fibre internet and Wi-Fi are available.

Wellness facilities include a sauna, a two-person indoor spa bath and a six-person outdoor spa. The terrace has open and screened areas, garden furniture, sun loungers, a gas barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor shower operates from April to 1 November. The grounds include a swing and a storage shed. An electrical outlet is available for charging an electric car. The beach is 450 metres away and the nearest shopping is 3,000 metres away.
