The house

Built in 1975 and renovated in 2019, the house has three double beds and one bathroom with underfloor heating. The large living room has exposed beams, a wood-burning stove and a direct connection to the kitchen. A conservatory overlooks the dunes. Upstairs, there are billiards, table football and a small balcony.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, separate freezer and cooking facilities. A washing machine, electric heating and an air-to-air heat pump are available. The living room has a flat-screen television, German satellite channels and a radio.

The secluded 1,200 m² natural plot is surrounded by marram grass and small bushes. Terraces include screened and covered areas, with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.
