The 80 m² holiday home stands on a 1,432 m² natural plot in undulating terrain. Built in 1973 and renovated in 2019, it has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a three-quarter double bed. There is one bathroom with underfloor heating.
The living room has a wood-burning stove, an air-to-air heat pump, electric heating and a smart TV for streaming. Satellite reception includes selected Danish and German channels, and a CD player is available. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and separate 44-litre freezer. A washing machine, one cot and one high chair are provided.
The living room opens directly onto a screened, enclosed terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, loungers and a charcoal barbecue available for use. The surrounding heathland and coast offer walking opportunities. A CEE socket for electric-car charging is installed on the grounds. The nearest shopping is 400 metres away.
