House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment collected separately. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. A credit card must be on file before arrival access information is sent.

Getting there

Walking access to skiing and town; close to the gondola at the Mountain Village core. Ski shuttle service is available. Parking at the property is limited to one car. The living room is sunken.
