# Ivory Stone Chalet at See Forever Mountain Village, Colorado, United States (general area) ## About the house The 2,581-square-foot cabin has a sunken living room with sofas, armchairs, a fireplace and large windows overlooking aspens and the San Juan Mountains. Wooden floors and custom cabinetry run through the mountain-modern interior. A furnished balcony provides cushioned seating and a bistro table, and an uncovered deck or patio and grill are available. The kitchen has a large central island, professional-grade appliances and ample storage, along with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A dining table, washer, dryer, heating, television, linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. The home has a private entrance and private living room. Two king bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with oversized showers. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a sofa bed. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The cabin is close to the gondola at the Mountain Village core, with walking access to skiing and town, ski shuttle service and ski valet. Up to two days of access to the Peaks Resort spa, gym, pool and hot tub are included. Additional day passes can be purchased through the Reservation Team at an additional cost. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Stays longer than 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment collected separately. Reservations require electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in receives a refund of the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee. After full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
