House rules
The entire home must be booked; guests cannot book only one or two rooms. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden or lawn area, but not inside the home. Alcohol consumption is permitted within limits. Extra guests are accommodated in Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 as stated in the room descriptions. Experiences require prior booking and confirmation and are subject to availability.
