## About the house

The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and a lounge with a dining table and TV. The living area opens onto a furnished patio with an outdoor table and two sun loungers, and onto the private garden. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available.

The upper floor has three bedrooms: one with a queen-size double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The house has two bathrooms with showers. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.

The residence's shared swimming pool is open from 15 June to 30 September. Its tennis court and barbecue area are available upon reservation.

The four coves of Porto Istana are 750 metres from the residence, with Spiaggia del Dottore also nearby. The surrounding area offers snorkelling, SUP, boat trips to Tavolara island and coastal hikes. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is approximately 10 km away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information if travelling with pets. Reserve the residence's tennis court and barbecue area in advance. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be requested upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; booking-specific details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
