House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact the host to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire. Late checkout is available. Cancellations at least 30 days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 14 days before check-in receive no refund. Getting there
The ground-level apartment has steps up to the front door and internal steps down to the apartment. The courtyard garden is shared with other residents. Upper Street is a short walk away; King's Cross St Pancras is around 1.2 miles away. Paid on-street parking is available.
