House rules
No smoking. Bed and bath linens are not provided. Maximum one dog; cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must stay out of pools and hot tubs. Check-in and check-out are on Sunday. Early check-in is available in limited weekly quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
The home is oceanside in Ocean Sands - L, east of NC 12. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. Community tennis court access is not included.
