The home has an open-concept great room with comfortable seating and natural light, an equipped kitchen, an adjacent dining area and outdoor decks. Seven bedrooms include two king ensuite bedrooms, each with a shower/tub combination and private balcony. The bathrooms comprise four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

The first level has two bunk rooms and a recreation room with a pool table, sitting area, refrigerator and microwave. The second level has a king ensuite bedroom, two queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The third level has the second king ensuite bedroom, great room, kitchen and dining area.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool with a poolside tiki bar, hot tub, two-hole putting green, corn hole, gas grill, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. The home has a pool alarm and an outdoor camera facing the street or driveway. Cable and streaming TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer are available.

Kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster; a wet bar is also provided. Pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are available, but bed and bath linens are not provided. Arrival starter supplies include paper towels, dish soap, a trash bag, bathroom hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; guests provide further supplies for their stay.

Shopping, dining and historic sites in Corolla are minutes away. The home does not have access to the community tennis courts.

Check-in and check-out are on Sunday. Early check-in is available in limited weekly quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
