The house

The studio has coastal furnishings, a mounted flatscreen TV, split air conditioning and a small dining table that can also be used for work. Sliding doors lead to a private ocean-view lanai facing the sunrise. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combination, single vanity and counter space.

The kitchenette is equipped for light meals with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and kitchen basics. Shared oceanside BBQ grills are available. Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella are provided, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and free local and mainland calling.

Community facilities include an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Bar with daily drinks and live Hawaiian music on select evenings. Coconut Marketplace, coffee shops, restaurants and coastal beach paths are within walking distance. Old Kapaa Town, Lihue Airport and Wailua River State Park are a short drive away.

The unit is on the second floor with no elevator access. Free parking is available and a car is recommended. There is no onsite washer or dryer; a laundromat is 5–7 minutes away. Self check-in is available.
