The house

The refreshed condo sits along Kalakaua Avenue at the gateway to Waikiki, between Waikiki and Ala Moana. Its open living and dining spaces feature wood flooring, oversized windows and sliding glass doors leading to private lanais. The dining area also accommodates remote work.

The equipped kitchen has stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven and rice cooker. Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms, mountain views, private balcony access, air conditioning and blackout drapes. Additional sleeping accommodation is available for two guests.

Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, satellite or cable TV, a Sonos audio system and an in-unit stackable washer/dryer are provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, an insulated cooler bag, linens, extra bedding, a hair dryer and an iron are available.

Shared Waikiki Landmark facilities include a rooftop swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, outdoor BBQ areas and lounge seating. The building has a secure lobby and elevator access, and free parking is available. Building amenities and access may occasionally be adjusted by the AOAO or management.

Waikiki Beach, Fort DeRussy Beach Park, Ala Wai Canal paths, the Hawaii Convention Center, restaurants, cafés and shopping are within walking distance. Ala Moana Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Diamond Head, Kaka'ako and Honolulu Museum of Art are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Occasional city and traffic sounds may be present.
