House rules
No smoking. Check-in and check-out are on Sundays. Dogs are permitted with a standard limit of two pets; up to two extra pets are allowed for the published additional fee. Cats are not allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and housebroken. Early check-in is available in limited quantities for an additional fee, subject to qualification.
Getting there
Oceanfront in Ocean Sands – P, with beach access at Mainsail Arch Access. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Guests do not have access to the community tennis courts.
