## About the house

The home accommodates up to 11 guests and has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the great room, dining area and deck.

Level 1 contains the entry. Level 2 has a king ensuite bedroom with a standing shower and deck access, an oceanside king bedroom, a queen bedroom with deck access, and a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and a twin/twin bunk. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and laundry. Level 3 contains the great room, kitchen, dining area and half bathroom.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple TVs/DVDs, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Outdoor facilities include the private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture, charcoal and gas grills, and five beach chairs. Keyless entry is available.

The home is oceanfront, with beach access at Mainsail Arch Access. Parking accommodates four vehicles. Dogs are permitted subject to pet limits and conditions; cats are not allowed. Guests do not have access to the community tennis courts.
