Children are allowed with a child waiver required. Standard housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure; additional cleaning during the stay may be arranged for a fee. A minimum number of nights may apply for arrivals on December 23, 24, or 25. Damage must be reported while on the island for coverage under the non-refundable damage waiver; damage above the stated coverage limit is the guest's responsibility.
Getting there
A jeep is needed. The last portion of the drive to the villa is on a dirt road. The villa is about a 20–25 minute drive from Cruz Bay and about a 4–10 minute drive from Coral Bay restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The closest listed beaches are approximately a 15–20 minute drive away, including Salt Pond, Lamshur, and North Shore beaches.
