This apartment is located on the third floor and has an elevator. Nearby is the historic Porta San Donato area and the main entrance to the lively university district (Alma Mater Studiorum), which is home to numerous science museums and historic buildings. Just a short walk away lies the green space of Montagnola Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The location is also strategic for quickly reaching the Botanical Garden and is well-connected to the nearby Central Station.
The apartment opens onto a hallway that leads to the dining room and separate kitchen on the left. Continuing through the house, you’ll find the living room with a sofa, armchair, and television. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 2 with 2 single beds each, and the last one with 1 single bed. The layout is completed by 2 bathrooms with showers.

Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.
