## About the house

The apartment occupies the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. Its separate kitchen has an oven, kettle, moka coffee maker, fridge, freezer and a small table. An adjoining dining room has a large modern table and a TV.

All five bedrooms have a closet and desk. One has a queen-size bed; two have single beds; and two have single beds that can be joined to form doubles. There are eight single beds and one queen-size bed in total. A laundry room and two bathrooms with showers complete the layout. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

The central train station is a 12-minute walk away, and the airport is about 20 minutes away by car. The historic center is within walking distance. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
