Request the super-king bed's conversion into two singles before arrival. Guests must either transfer a £250.00 damage deposit, subject to a £10.00 administration charge, or purchase a £25.00 Accidental Damage Waiver covering up to £500.00 of accidental damage during the stay.
Getting there
The outdoor space is semi-enclosed and unsuitable for sitting in. An occupied apartment is above Iris Cottage. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Pickering railway station is a 10-minute walk away; Malton mainline railway station is eight miles away.
