House rules
Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours. Guests are asked to keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours. Extra guests are accommodated in the bedrooms as described, subject to the advertised capacity. A pet contract applies. CCTV cameras monitor the living room, common areas and outside sections; bedrooms and bathrooms are not monitored.

The property is in Karjat, approximately 2 hours from Mumbai. No beach access, route, distance, road-surface or vehicle requirement is provided.
