House rules
Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Stays are for private residential use and only the number of guests stated on the booking, unless previously agreed otherwise. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are allowed. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Forced move-in days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.
Getting there
Access to the property is via relatively steep steps. Wye River Beach is one block away, with easy strolls to Wye General Store, Café and Wye Beach Hotel. Off-street parking accommodates one car, with additional street parking nearby. Great Otway National Park and Lorne are each 15 km away; Apollo Bay is 40 km away and the Twelve Apostles are 120 km away.
