House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must send a passport or valid ID for check-in, as required by Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
Beach access is available through the building. The studio is steps from The Pointe's waterfront dining and the Sheraton Grand.
