## About the house

The open-plan studio sleeps up to six guests, with two queen beds and one sofa bed in common sleeping spaces, and one bathroom. It has a private balcony, central air conditioning, a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen amenities include a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Towels, bed linens, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided.

Shared resort facilities include a seasonal outdoor pool, wave pool and lazy river just steps away, typically available May through September, plus a pavilion, BBQ area and volleyball court. Dells Zipline Adventures is on site and carries a separate fee. Resort indoor waterpark access is not included and cannot be purchased through this stay.

Guest perks include wine tasting at Fawn Creek Winery and a one-time discount voucher for Land of Natura, typically operating May 22 through September 7. The voucher is provided in the room and issued according to the number of guests on the reservation.

Downtown Wisconsin Dells attractions, dining and entertainment are a short drive away. Arrival is contact-free. VueStay Vacations manages the condo separately from resort operations; on-site staffing and services may vary.
