Smoking, parties, events and large gatherings are prohibited. Breaches of the parties and gatherings rule may result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. A maximum of one pet is allowed at no additional fee. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 but not suitable for infants under 2. No quiet time is designated. A mandatory 5% Edinburgh Visitor Levy applies to all stays from 24 July 2026 onwards; it is included in the total booking cost and collected automatically.
Getting there
Haymarket Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, and Edinburgh Waverley Station is around 22 minutes away on foot. The East Fountainbridge bus stop is just outside the building, serving routes 2, 35 and N35. Many central attractions are within walking distance.
