No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. The home is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Parties or events may result in immediate eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Use your own streaming-service accounts on the smart TV and log out before departure.
Getting there
The home is arranged over two levels. One bedroom is locked and inaccessible to guests. The parking space accommodates a small vehicle and is in a shared driveway. Auckland Airport is a short drive away; SH20 motorway access is nearby.
