House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must send a passport or valid ID before checking in, as required by Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). A security deposit of 1500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.

Dubai Marina Mall and The Beach at JBR are steps away. Metro and Tram connections are nearby.
