The house

SUMMARY An elegant three-bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests in Paris's prestigious 7th arrondissement, with a romantic view of the Eiffel Tower. Period details meet bold contemporary design, and with boutiques, antique dealers, chic cafés, and world-class restaurants on the surrounding leafy streets, plus a métro station less than ten minutes away, the whole city is easy to reach. LIVING AREA The living room is the height of modern Parisian elegance, with ornate ceiling mouldings, wall panelling, and beautiful herringbone parquet.

A deep charcoal sofa faces a flat-screen TV, while a striking red Egg chair, a sculptural white armchair, and a mustard daybed bring bold colour and personality to the space. An arched black floor lamp curves towards a white marble fireplace topped with a gilded mirror, the perfect spot to share a bottle of wine. KITCHEN AND DINING AREA The kitchen is a real statement, with olive green cabinetry, brushed brass handles, and crisp white marble-effect worktops under a beautifully moulded ceiling.

Next door, the refined dining area has a white oval table for up to four guests, ideal for long dinners together. BEDROOMS The master bedroom blends antique and modern styling with real sophistication. A plush king-size bed with a soft linen headboard sits beneath an ornate ceiling and a sculptural Moon pendant light. It has its own elegant en-suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms are playful and full of charm, perfect for children or additional guests.

Both boast a wooden house-frame single bed and a built-in desk, so there's always a quiet spot to catch up on work or homework. BATHROOMS The en-suite is sleek and minimalist, with a sculpted white sink, wall-mounted chrome taps, a wide mirror, and a spacious walk-in shower behind glass. The family bathroom mixes soft blue-grey and white walls with graphic geometric floor tiles. It has a bathtub with shower, a double basin on a wooden vanity, and a heated towel rail.
