Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an additional domestic-services fee applies in cases of non-responsible use of water, electricity, gas or other utilities. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor, with a lift in the building. Rossio is 1 km away; Dona Maria II National Theatre is a 10-minute walk away. Estádio da Luz is 7.4 km away, Lisbon Oceanarium is 7.8 km away, and Lisbon Airport is 6 km away. Keys must be collected at the Welcome Center in Lisbon.
