House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an 80€ surcharge applies for extra domestic-service costs, including water, electricity and gas, in case of non-responsible use. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
