House rules
No parties, venue use or events. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. Children are welcome, but the property has unfenced quiet-road and nearby beach access, so supervise children. Additional charges apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal. The sofa bed in the lounge is available by early request.

The property is a short stroll from the beach. Abel Tasman Track is 1.3 km away, Kaiteriteri Beach is 3.5 km away, Kaiteriteri is a 15-minute drive, Motueka is a 20-minute drive, Nelson is a 50-minute drive and Takaka is a one-hour drive.
