No parties, venue use, smoking or events. Pets are not permitted. The apartment accommodates up to four guests. Extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal may incur additional charges. Bicycles may be stored in the building, with e-bike charging facilities available.
Getting there
The apartment is in central Nelson on Hardy Street, 30 metres from Collingwood Street and one block from Trafalgar Street. Cafes, restaurants, shops and attractions are within a short stroll. Nelson Cathedral and Queen's Garden are within a five-minute walk. The apartment is on the first floor with stair-only access. City parking has time limits and paid periods. Central-city evening or weekend noise may occur.
