House rules
No parties or venue use, no smoking, and no pets. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge by prior request.
Getting there
The apartment is in central Nelson on the north side of Hardy Street, 30 metres from Collingwood Street and one block from Trafalgar Street. The Nelson Cathedral and Queen's Garden are within a five-minute walk. City parking has stated time limits and fees, with free all-day parking available at the CBD periphery. The apartment has stair-only access.
