No parties or venue use, no smoking, and no pets. One vehicle may use the included dedicated car park. Extra charges apply for additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning, or excessive rubbish disposal. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge by prior request.
Getting there
The apartment is in central Nelson. It is approximately 30 metres from Collingwood Street and one block from Trafalgar Street. Nelson Cathedral and its grounds are within a 5-minute walk, and Queen's Garden and the Suter Gallery are a short walk in the opposite direction. One dedicated car park is approximately 80 metres away. The apartment is on the first floor with stair-only access. Central-city evening or weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity may occur.
